Positon Overview:

In charge of the bank and cash issues, reimbursement checking and related reports, filing vouchers, invoice issue and other tasks required. Assisting with fixed asset;  Assist in  monthly closing, audit.

Responsibilities:

1. Process bank daily payment and web-banking operation;          
2. Payment in foreign currency should be in compliance with regulations of Foreign Exchange Administration;
3. Prepare bank reconciliation report & weekly cash report; 
4. Petty cash and cash reimbursement; 
5. Check reimbursement applications and prepare monthly Employee Expense Summary reports; 
6. Prepare and post the vouchers of cash and payments in system;  
7. prepare FA related work;           
8. Related accounting documents filing and keeping;       
9. Assisting team during monthly, quarterly and yearly closing;    
10. Full support internal and external audit including annual inventory count & Fixes assets count.
    

Experience & Skill:

1.Bachel degree in Accounting or Finance related field ;
2.Good computer skill & Familiar with Microsoft office;
3.Basic English knowledge in written and oral;
4.Positive, hard-working and able to work under pressure; 
5.Good team spirit and willing to adopt change;
6.Shanghai resident preferably
