Objective of Job

* Treasury Back Office operation.

* Assisting in AP/AR and month-end closing.

* Assisting in Cross-region treasury relevant communication.

Brief Task Description

* Treasury Back Office operation: daily bank account balance/limit management, routine payment run management, cash-pooling support, etc.

* AP/AR and month-end closing: assist in AP/AR checking, month-end closing and corporate with Accounting team for inter/external audit issue.

* Cross-region treasury relevant communication: assist in routine communication with other finance team, keep information share channel within treasury team.

* Other tasks assigned by leader

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or business, at least three years of experience with financial or banking work

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to foster a cooperative work environment

* Demonstrated experience in using Office software

* Skill in examining and identifying improvements for operations and procedures
