Duties and Responsibilities

职责

-Providing consultation services with respect to planning and coordinating manufacturing processes in order to satisfy customers’ goals, objectives and quality specifications in a cost-efficient manner.

能为达到客户在生产、质量、以及物流等要求上提供高效的咨询顾问服务。

-Providing consultation services regarding investigation, analyzing and developing new processes, and cost-effective alternatives and improvements regarding production processes.

能为新工艺的开发分析市场，降低成本，改善工作流程等提供有效的建议和咨询。

-Maintaining employee safety and morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.

能保证员工工作的安全，为他们提供一个高效而又安全的工作环境。

-Maintaining proper employment levels through selecting, interviewing, and training of personnel.

通过筛选简历，面试和员工培训维持公司适当的就业水平。

Skills and Specifications

所需技能

-Able to interact with customers and all professionals within the company.

能协调促进顾客与公司内部的沟通。

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

熟练运用办公软件。

熟练使用量具（如卡尺、千分尺等）

-Stamping, forging , heat treatment experience is preferred
