Position: Purchasing Manager (Automotive Industry)

Responsibilities:
- Being authorized to sign all relevant orders and purchasing contracts in cooperation with the GM in China.
- Negotiating with Asian suppliers about all relevant contract and price for company's international needs.
- Securing the part deliveries and service providers with secured supply chain concepts.
- Achieving the global procurement strategy of the company.
- Analyzing market data in regard to supply market.
- Cooperating with global team in regards to achieve customer target.
- Being responsible for supplier selection of direct and indirect material in agreement with global standardized criteria.

- Analyzing of suppliers over price and technical capabilities.
- Managing the orders with the suppliers in terms of price and delivery time.
- Initiating and following up on necessary improvements of the suppliers.
- Developing a quality concept and systems to secure the quality standards in cooperation with SQE.
- Being responsible for all relevant contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers in China


Experience Required:

- Having engineering bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Having experience in dealing with European and American companies.
- Having min. 5 years knowledge of purchasing procedures, part qualifications procedures and quality control for the automotive industries.
- Having knowledge of automotive industry standards.
- Having knowledge of financial procedures like P+L standards
- Having knowledge of MS office
- Having strong communication and negotiations skills with the ability to work effectively and independently.
