2 2 years experiences on exporting.

3 with experiences on lighting fixture and luminaire products is prefered.

4 master office software skillfully with good English skills.

5 strongly sense of organization, planning and priorities.

6 Hard working, self-motivated, strongly sense of responsibility.

7 a persuasive person with nice interpersonal skill.

8 *** preferred, 24-27 years old.

Job Description:

1 being responsible for following up the orders on hands.

2 collecting the latest schedule for each orders and preparing weekly overview of all the orders on hands.

3 negotiation with suppliers for smooth running of orders and co-operations.

4 submit clear order information to shiping and QC colleague accordingly.

5 ensure good communication with the different departments involved in the project, including but not limited to Logistics, QC team, German HQ.

6 assistance to the supervisor for new items sourcing

7 other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
