Under the direction of the Managing Director of sourcing and purchasing, the Methods and Process consultant streamlines all sourcing and purchasing processes across geographies, identifies the tools needed and productivity gains opportunities and ensures these are implemented and used correctly by all stakeholders.

Optimizing the organization

Analyze the existing processes and dysfunctions reported & make recommendations for improvement by aligning themTrain all teams worldwide & monitor it’s good deploymentLead the implementation of a continuous improvement process & research of best practices internally/ externallyCoordinate, synthesize, and ensure the quality of project deliverables, especially in terms of cost and deadlines   

Tools optimization

Based on the target process, challenge all existing tools and documents/ forms to identify the improvement needs/ opportunitiesOrganize, coordinate and lead the project team and liaise with all related teams to proceed with these improvementsTrain all teams to new tools/ development and monitor it’s good utilization  

Carry out document management and ensure monitoring

Write the specifications with the functional specifications and the operational procedures, in collaboration with concerned teamsOptimizing the document base, by creating and updating the document base (technical files, reports, procedure documents,...) to facilitate understanding and on-boarding of new talents  

Measure & enhance

Build activity indicators (dashboards, graphs...) and ensure their good consistency
