职位描述
- Develop sales channels (e.g. hypermarkets, supermarket, premium supermarkets, department stores, B2B company buy and brand collaboration) in China
- Manage and monitor of existing offline sales channels and distributors in terms of weekly and monthly sales reporting and coordination of in-store below the line activities
- Manage and monitor of existing online sales channels and distributors in terms of weekly and monthly sales reporting and coordination of on-and off-platform digital and content marketing activities
- Develop distributors (personal care) sales channels specialized in FMCG in China's 1st, 2nd and 3rd tier cities
- Manage and monitor distributors in terms of store operation, BTL marketing activities, product portfolio expansion and optimization
- Optimize margins and existing business models with distributors and platforms
- Develop, expand and maintain channel buyer relationships
- Other jobs assigned by GM
