In this role, you have the opportunity to

  

• Develop and drive the continuous improvement projects for current logistics functions including Customs and shipping, and comply with all regulations in international trade compliance.

  

 You are responsible for

  

Routine works:

  

• Continuous improvement on import and export process (customs and transportation).

• Make sure all the import and export process are compliance, including classification, etc.

• Audit all the customs declaration documents.

• Customs E-book management.

• Fix Customs inspection and verification issues.

          

Project Support:

  

• Freight analysis and reporting.

• Trade compliance project, such as Customs AEO project etc.

• Support other IWD projects.

      

You are a part of

  

• Professional global Logistics operations team, lead a team around 20 team peers at Shenzhen Site.

  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  

• Bachelor degree or above

• More than 5 years’ working experiences in the International Logistics and customs management, experience in Medical manufacturing is preferred. Experience in AEO Advanced certification is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of global trade, China Customs and regulations.

• Strong compliance awareness and risk management

• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin, can work with diverse parties independently (including Government Dept.)

• Proficient in MS Excel and Windows
