Summary/General Job Description/Mission:
To source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. To drive the sales and attract new clients in pigment market. To implement pull and push Strategy on distributor management. To play a key role in increasing demand and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Responsibilities Related to the Job:
Responsible for key accounts management to build up long term relationship for sustainable growth.
Distributor management to substantially grow the sales.
Work closely with technology and marketing team for new development projects.
Work closely with downstream end users and improve value chain analysis.
Collect competitive intelligence on the market place.
Develop and maintain accurate sales forecast
Required Qualifications and Knowledge:
? Bachelor or Master Degree with major in Polymer Science, Chemistry Engineering or Business.
? Experiences of key account and distributor management are preferable; Direct Account development capability is strong plus;
? Logic thinking and strong negotiation skill to drive result;
? Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team;
? Demonstrated ability to build and leverage networks
? To be initiative to work independently or be cooperative in a team to explore good solution for maximizing customer satisfaction.
? Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications: Include this section, if applicable.
Above 5 years of working experience in colored pigment, TiO2 pigment, plastics additives, coating additives industry. Technical Sales experience in Chemical related industries under multinational company environment is strong plus
Travel Requirements:
be willing to travel frequently in Southern China
