工作职责
1、 建立与销售模式相适应的销售行为规范，提供高质量的销售工具和销售系统培训，通过检查提升执行力 ；
2、 负责产品在全国范围内的业务拓展，通过试点，找到适合的生意发展模式；根据各地区市场特性制定对应的销售 策略、各层级人员的奖励和激励政策等；
3、 按具体品类和市场状况，总结业务拓展的重点策略和团队执行流程并形成体系性指导手册；
4、 负责销售团队中销售项目的计划、执行、跟踪及回顾；
5、 通过与第三方（含其它职能部门）合作，提高项目执行质量（效率和效果）。
岗位要求
1、 本科以上学历；
2、 通晓快消行业销售项目管理过程，并有实操经验；
3、 全面了解零售渠道管理，包括零售商、批发商；
4、 熟悉销售区域和供应链管理，有一定的财务管理知识，如何解析客户财务损益表；
5、 优秀的office办公软件操作能力，良好的沟通协调能力；
6、 能接受不定期异地出差安排，良好的英文书面表达能力；
