Objective of Job

Be responsible for regional and market analytics project management and daily operations, provide analytical capability for regional and market business team by performing data analysis technology.

Brief Task Description

1. Business Analysis

* Work closely with regional functional ICT, business managers and analysts to support business analysis from ICT perspective, such as departments of sales operations, supply chain management, aftersales etc.

* Assist global BI team to support global dashboard/reporting/applications operation and issue collection in Region.

* Be responsible for business analysis of new requirement.

* Be responsible for analytical change request. 2. Analytics Project Management

* Collect business requirement from regional and market business departments.

* Initialize and implement analytical project to fulfill business requirements.

* Manage project, vendor, scope, timeline and change request in APAC regional BI platform implementation process.

* Coordinate global/market BI organization and source transaction system team.

* Communicate with regional function ICT and infrastructure team.

* Be responsible for project deliverable management.

* Be responsible for change management of BI projects. 3. Global/Market BI Rollout and Governance

* Align with global BI/A strategy and analytical system technical roadmap.

* Involve in global BI/A strategic and operation organization.

* Communicate with market ICT to rollout BI concept/system.

* Global/Regional/Market BI related issue collection, tracking and fix.

* Be responsible for new BI requirement analysis.

Qualifications

* 3 years+ experience in business intelligence, reporting and data analysis, big data or data warehouse building/operation.

* Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or business administration with technical project experience.

* Fluent in Spoken and Written English. Good team player and excellent in communication.

* Customer oriented, willingness to handle and resolve emerging requests and issues from business users with heartwarming attitude.

* Familiar with one or more automotive business areas: supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales and/or aftermarket, etc.

* Familiar with project management process and ICT implementation methodology.

* BI/A project experience, especially for automotive audience is strongly preferred.

* Lead or co-lead experience with technical development team is optional but valuable.

* Familiar with concept of Business Intelligence and report tables/charts generation technical processes, at least expertise in one of below BI tools: QlikView, QlikSense, BusinessObjects, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.

* QlikSense & QlikView are the most technically preferred.

* Advanced Excel skill is optional but valuable.

* Familiar with ETL process and DW concept. Familiar with RDBMS such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL etc. 

* Knowledge in MongoDB, CosmosDB and other non-relational databases will be optional but valuable.

* Handy Python and/or SQL skills, comfortable to discover and research data alone, and optimize for business solution in agile & efficient way.

* Practical experiences with Big Data (Hadoop, HBase, Spark etc.) would be considered as extra advantage.

* Commitment and willingness to learn new things and to grow in an international and challenging context.
