岗位要求：

本科学历，三年以上外资企业经验，良好的英语口头和书面表达能力，逻辑思维清晰。有一定的软硬件开发能力，能够根据客户要求搭建基本的测试框架。

Bachelor degree, above three years foreign enterprise experience。Good English oral and written expression ability, Good logical thinking. Has software and hardware development ability, can according to the customer request to build the basic test framework

岗位职责：

新产品ICT&FCT导入，针对客户要求，完成测试机台的安装调试。项目改进或开发，测试解决方案的实施，项目支持，机台诊断和维修。

配合工艺工程师 分析不良品原因；支援产品（客户）工程师与项目经理所安排的与产品有关的其他任务。

合理安排本组技术员工作，维修/维护机台, 减少WIP。

Support ICT &FCT NPI, Tester setup&Debug with customer. perform Tester and Program Development, Test Solution Implementation, Project Support and support of the Diagnosis and Repair Group.

Work with Process engineer to investigate defect reason, support Account engineer and PM about test related.

Properly arrange Technician’s job, for test station repair&maintenance&WIP Cleaning
