Job Summary：

The position will be in charge of business development activities for assigned project; and support the Business Unit Director achieving revenue and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and develop new business for assigned project; and support the Business Unit on new leads in order to achieve revenue and profit objectives;

2. Customer interface and relationship management;

3. Business loading and order fulfilment;

4. Pricing strategy and control;

5. Business management, system and procedure;

6. Business contract preparation, negotiation and control;

7. Meet all customers expectations in term of technology, cost, quality and supply;

8. Work with Finance and Logistic functions to improve AR collection and inventory turns;

9. Any ad-hoc related task as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirement:

1. Tertiary education; marketing, business administration, engineering is preferred;

2. 8+ years of business development related working experience, 3+ years of management working experience;

3. Good English communication skills (both written and oral);

4. Entrepreneurship, positive work attitude, self-motivated.
