Responsibilities:

1.Apply sound engineering principles in the development and documentation of geared products. Provide direct instruction and guidelines for SOG Engineering staff.

2.Creation and refinement of technical mechanical part and assembly drawings to capture design intent and document the key aspects necessary to accomplish the manufacturing goals of a project.

3.Work with manufacturing engineers, supply chain and production excellence teams supporting components and build.

4.Assign part numbers and select appropriate material to meet design criteria of mechanical parts.

5.Creation and maintenance of a Bill of Materials for all projects.

6.Creation, control, and maintenance of release packages and design history files.

7.Data management and release process activities.

8.Drive transmission design responsibility from conception through production support.

9.Complete DPAR''s (Design Process Assembly Review) and complete PPAP''s (Production Part Approval Process) in support of physical and production build launch dates.

10.Facilitate and participate in qualification and recertification supplier audits and support the division audit schedule.

11.Follow up 8D and CAR's as required to assure corrective actions are maintained and strengthen as applicable.

12.Document ECN’s (Engineering Change Requests) in the division ECN system, completing ECN verification activities.

13.Recommend design improvements and resolve warranty and quality issues.

14.Lead Six Sigma teams, working with the factory to resolve customer/field issues.

15.Determine root cause analysis and testing activities. Guide other SOG Staff.

16.Exercising independent judgment is always required at SOG regardless of what role is being fulfilled. Combine the judgment of multiple SOG team members.

17.Provide mentoring and development of SOG Engineering staff.

工作职责：

8、负责传动装置的设计，从概念到生产的支持。

9、完成DPAR''s（设计、工艺设计、装配、审查程序），完成PPAP''s（生产件批准程序）支持材料和生产的开始日期。

10、推动并参与供应商资格和认证审核，支持部门的审核计划。

11、起草客户纠正措施制度的纠正措施要求（CAR），完成CAR的验证，并跟进以保证纠正措施的维护和加强。

12、起草ECN（工程设计变更请求），完成ECN验证。

13、对改进设计提出建议，解决保修和质量问题。

14、领导6西格玛团队，与工厂合作解决客户/领域的问题。

15、根本原因分析和测试。指导其他SOG员工。

16、独立判断。融合团队成员的想法作出决策。

17、指导和发展SOG工程部成员。

Requirements:

1.Bachelor degree or above, mechanical background.

2.8 years minimum experience in the design of drive axles, transmissions, undercarriage or gears, or a related Master’s Degree with 4 or more years of work experience.

3.Experience in conducting and leading Capability Studies, Gage R&R (Repeatability and Reproducibility) Studies and a strong knowledge of Statistical Process Control tools.

4.Capable of a professional rapport working with Suppliers and Customers in the monitoring and follow up of prototype test equipment.

5.Previous experience with on-highway equipments desired.

6.SolidWorks, Gear Theory, KissSoft, SolidWorks Simulation, Autocad.

7.Fluent in reading and writing Chinese, be good at reading and writing in English.

8.Good problem solving and communication skill.

9.Can work under pressure.

任职资格：

1、本科以上学历，机械背景。

2、8年以上车轴驱动，传动装备，车盘或齿轮的设计经验，或4年以上相关经验的硕士。

3、有执行并领导产能研究、计量 R&R（重复性和再现性）研究的经验，掌握生产控制工具。

4、有能力在供应商和客户的样品测试的监控和追踪中建立一个专业的工作关系。

5、会使用SolidWorks、Gear Theory、KissSoft、SolidWorks Simulation、Autocad。

6、有道路设备经验的。

7、良好英语读写能力。

8、良好的问题解决技能，及沟通技能。

9、抗压工作能力。
