Responsibilities:

？ Analyse client’s/internal requirements and transfer them to technical solutions. Conduct concept creation and product architectural design

？ Be responsible for all technical solutions of the project to meet the agreed targets in close cooperation with the project team, includes account manager/project manager, client, supplier, etc.. As a member of project team, responsible for project timeline, cost and requirement achievement

？ To finish 3D model, 2D drawing, new part list, BOM structure on time according to project plan

？ Responsible for part release (include make decision for design change or mould adjustment) and take lead or involved in component and appliance release

？ Work directly with client on all technical topics discussion and give professional support based on own expertise

？ Providing technical feedback to our customers engineers, quality control departments and suppliers about test results, product/ component reliability & improvement as well as make professional suggestions for feasible cost down/ product improvement measures

？ Contribute to the build-up of Robust Design Competence 

Reuqirements:

？ University graduate or equivalent experience.

？ 5+ years solid R&D experience in construction design for part and system

？ Communication skills (English and Mandarin)

？ Application of SolidWorks, Catia, UG, Pro/E, etc., SolidWorks is preferred

？ Experience in plastic/metal technologies and design of parts

？ Experience in product tolerance setting and manufacture process analysis

？ Systematic product knowledge in appliance device is in advantage

？ Project management experience and knowledge is in advantage

？ Strong experience in DFMEA, design review, DFM/A, tolerance analysis, etc.

？ 6 Sigma, lean product development experience is in advantage

？ Good team player and customer thinking

？ Result orientation, pro-active, learning capability

？ Familiar with Microsoft office tools

？ Willing to travel
