职位描述
The position ensures ** to grow the business in the Silicone and Resins industries, especially and focus on AEROSIL grades ex AURORA plant;
? Develop and establish the new business with new and important in silicones, adhesives, UPE and thermal insulations industries.
? Enhance relationship with our potential key accounts in silicones, adhesives, UPE and thermal insulations industries
? Identify the new potential application of AEROSIL;
? Introduce principal’s products to the customer with the related technical advantages and promote related Principal’s products;
? Provide activities rendered by a Service laboratory and samples for Principal’s products;
? Train the customer with regard to product handling (technical assistance);
? Receive of complaints from the customer and forward them to Principal if any; Propose complaint solutions in individual cases to Principal;
? Visit the customer’s site and understand the customer’s issues; Answer technical questions and give technical information related to products, specifically ;
? Run market research activities e.g. perform market analysis, competitors analysis, product placement analysis, local or regional price level analysis;
? Advise Principal in local business topics; Analysis of market opportunities;
? Support customer satisfaction survey upon request of Principal; Translation of product information material;
职位要求;
? Develop and grow the business with the AEROSIL grades from our AURORA plant.
? Demonstrate ** expertise for silicone, adhesives and sealants, UPE, Thermal insulation and provide a well-proven technical advantages;
? Establish the business contacts with the new customers in silicone, adhesives and sealants, UPE, Thermal insulation and provide a well-proven technical advantages;
? Enhance relationship with existing customers in silicone, adhesives and sealants, UPE, Thermal insulation and provide a well-proven technical advantages;
? Distributor management to fully align with ** high standard;
? Pricing and payment term management according to ** business rules and normal procedure;
? Market research and business development to contribute sustainable business growth;
? Monitoring the competitors activities in the market and further communicate with other functional colleagues, such as PL, Marketing, AT, SCM
? Gain more information from customers and update the market data in the Dynamics 365 system.
