任职要求：

1.Diploma (or above) education in Polymer Science and Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
-高分子科学，电子/机械工程专科或以上学历。
2.1~2 years experience in injection mold tooling including hot-runner systems.
-1~2年的热流道注塑模加工经验。
3.Over 5 years experience in Injection Moulding Process, including excellent knowledge of Trouble Shooting process issues, Optimising Process Parameters to improve part quality. Identifying Tooling and Hotrunner Issues.
-5年以上注塑成型工艺工作经验，包括杰出的解决工艺问题的知识，通过优化工艺参数改善产品质量。确定模具和热流道的问题。
4.Be familiar with the hotrunner maintenance (Training will be given).-熟悉热流道的维护和维修(公司可提供培训)。
5.Experience with hydraulic systems.

6.Be familiar with Office Software, auto CAD 2D & 3D.

7.Ability to work well within a team and show initiative while supporting customers.

8.Have good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.

职位职责：

1.Provide full service to our customers including System Installation, Mold Trial and Trouble Shoot issues with the Hotrunner system, Process and Tool.

2.Provide good service to our customers within Synventive procedures and ideals.

3.Feedback any product, application or quality problems to Suzhou Service Office for corrective actions.

4.Provide training for customers when necessary.

5.Provide detailed and accurate reports for every service visit and send to Suzhou Service Office complying with internal procedures.

6.Willing to travel within China (and to other countries in Asia), accounting approximately 80%+ of total work hours.

7.Interface directly with Chinese, European and US customers to ensure that high satisfaction in service is achieved.

Each system we design for every application - from automotive bumpers to electronic communication products to precision medical instrumentation and packaging - is configured to the customer's exact specifications to ensure optimal performance with minimum maintenance, resulting in the lowest operation costs over the hot runner mold.

Synventive arose from the merger of European hot runner manufacturer Eurotool (1971), and the USA's Kona (1978), under the USA's Dynisco Group. Together they formed a new company under the name "Dynisco Hot Runners". The Dynisco group was sold with exception of the hot runners division. The Dynisco name, however, could no longer be used. At that point the name Synventive Molding Solutions was established.

Synventive has 2 production locations, all with their own R&D engineering, manufacturing and service departments. One is based in Germany and one is in Suzhou Industrial Park, the People’s Republic of China.

Synventive has subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Singapore, PR China, Japan, Korea, India, Brazil and North America. Agents are present in Australia, Canada, Israel, Mexico and Finland.
