Position Summary:

The purpose of the T&D Specialist is to implement the Learning & Development plan and T&D projects at M:O Great China level: Maintain efficient L&D vendors ensuring cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction; organize and follow up the Talents & development activities on local, provide functional consultation and Training to all line managers per needs. .

Responsibilities:

• Work with Sr T&D Manager, to communicate with line managers to gather and analysis the learning & Development needs and assist to work out yearly training plan/schedule.

• Monitor and control all learning activities to make sure them implemented effective and efficiently.

• Follow up and evaluate each training course. Make training report periodically to feedback to management.

• Support & implement Global/Great China T&D projects in local with high efficiency and professional standard

• Deliver the company fundamental training courses as internal trainer

• Work with T&D manager to initiate the new learning solutions & boost the learning culture in organization

• Support to initiate & implement capability development program, especially for operational & technical related functions

• Responsible for learning system/tools implementation and maintenance.

• Complete other assignments from the managers.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• With a Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, at least 8+ years HR experience and 3+ years focus on L&D, relevant industry background is preferred.

• Experience & understanding of learning management is required, knowledge & experience of technical/functional capability development is a nice plus.

• Internal trainer experiences is preferred

• Familiar with e-learning system & tools

• Ability to effectively communicate (in writing and verbally) to all levels of Organization

• Proficiency with MS software and database management systems.

• Native Chinese Speaker and proficient English in both writing and speaking
