Requirements & Experience:        

- Bachelor above degree, over 6 years H.R experience in foreign company    

- Fluent English    

- Familiar with H.R related laws and Shanghai local regulations    

- Good communication and problem solving skill    

- Hands on and hard working    

- Good interpersonal skills with confident, proactive and independent personality    

- Good at EXCEL and PPT    

- Responsible, careful, honest and strong ownership    

- Always seek opportunities for continuous improvement

Job Responsibilities:

The HRBP will be based in Shanghai and responsible for providing business and functional expertise to Unipart operations. This role is accountable for the talent in the assigned client groups, all people-driven processes and all business-driven processes that involve people. He/she is also responsible for leading and executing on people related projects. The scope of the role is as detailed below:

- Develops a reputation and operates as a trusted advisor and business partner to the functional leaders;

- Maintain and develop recruitment channels for talent acquisition;

- Recruit the best and most suitable people in time

- Conduct timely and full induction training for the new employees, coordinate on-job training and develop other necessary training per business requirements

- Responsible for employee relationship, i.e, rewards and disciplinary, work injury, interpersonal issues, problem employees, employee care, employee conflicts, etc.

- Work with operation team for the regular interaction, appropriate communication and information sharing

- Propose and organize effective employee activities based on the company budget

- Explain and manage the company policy to keep employees updated of anything  new

- Develop and manage HR suppliers and make sure the contracts effective and the suppliers performing well

- Ensure employees’ contract, forklift driving licence etc. compliant and valid

- Conduct regular internal audit of HR and Admin routine data and practice and feed back the findings

- Handle JLR customer requests and maintain good relation with them

- Any other assignments from the Manager
