POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1、构建硕腾线上线下一体化的兽医教育体系；

2、负责兽医数字化继续教育平台的创建及运营

3、建立与国内外兽医专家、各个协会、兽医学院、培训机构等紧密合作

4、了解全球宠物医疗行业最新资讯，密切跟踪与预测兽医对临床技能培训的需求，迅速调整并不断优化培训体系，通过创新从而持续引领行业

5、与相关部门合作，协助培训计划的执行与推广，定期收集反馈，确保培训课程的质量

6、协助技术部经理完成其他交办的工作

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. 兽医硕士及以上学历，留学经验者优先

2. 3年以上兽医临床工作经验和1年以上兽医培训经验，对社交媒体的运营有一定了解

3. 良好的文字能力、授课能力及活动组织能力

4. 逻辑清晰，亲和力强，恪守职业道德，良好的沟通和团队合作能力

5. 流利的英语口语和书写能力
