岗位职责：

1、负责公司产品（电源IC、MCU）的宣传推广及市场开发，客户维护与销售工作；

2、收集与寻找潜在客户资料，并建立客户档案；

3、制定自己的销售计划，并按计划拜访客户和开发新客户；

4、收集竞争对手的相关市场信息。

职位要求：

1、大专及以上学历，3年以上电子元器件销售经验；

2、熟悉MCU、LED驱动、RF、开关电源IC及产品特性和产品市场；

3、具备良好的沟通能力及客户开发能力；

4、具备良好的内外部协调及应对能力、高度的团队意识及协作意识、高度执行力；
