PureLiving’s IEQ Monitoring is a long-term indoor air pollutant measurement service integrated with the IOT (Internet of Things) to meet clients’ environmental needs. The Monitoring Support position supports monitoring project tasks and is an integral part of the department’s system maintenance. An environment-related background and good interpersonal skills are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities: 职责

Monitoring project tasks including:

监测项目工作包括：

• Monitoring project design
• 方案设计
• Remote and onsite monitor deployment & troubleshooting for hardware and software
• /span>硬件和软件进行远程和现场的监控部署及故障排除
• Client communication: training, after-service, etc.
• 沟通：培训、售后服务等。
• Monitor testing prior to deployment
• /span>部署前的测试进行监控

System maintenance tasks including:

• Maintain correct inventory through company’s inventory system
• 公司的库存管理系统维护产品库存

Desired Skills:  所需技能／特点 

• Environment/electric engineering or other related major

• Skilled in oral & written English

• Familiar with common office software and normal computer/smartphone operating system
