Requirements:
- BS/MS or equivalent in an engineering / technical discipline
- Acquired with certified Engineer is essential
- Certified Quality System Auditor is essential, i.e. ISO9001 / AS9100, ...etc
- Min. 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or direct related field. Experienced in Aerospace industry is more preferable
- Deep understanding about AS9100 / NADCAP requirement
- Deep understanding in Mechanical part processes eg, sheetmetal forming / sheetmetal welding
- Good experience in above mentioned commodities equipped with the technical requirements and reliability test methodologies
- Good Analytical skills on defining Root Cause/s and or Preventive Actions
- Demonstrate ability to lead cross functional teams and has good technical knowledge on PCBA assembly processes and quality system
- Acts independently for decisions that impact revenue, customers, other internal departments and suppliers
- Good communication in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the qualification of B2P commodities;
- Act as the technical representative to the Global Commodity Engineering teams; define component qualification processes and criteria; monitor qualification progress & qualify new parts & processes to ensure they meet the part requirement & engineering specifications as well as the required quality levels.
- Support Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Early Design Involvement (EDI) for related components and work with the approved suppliers for cost reduction or localization bid activities.
Develop supply base for commodities suit for Vertical Business through the quotation processes, in conjunction with the CM Managers including supplier reviews & evaluations of their capabilities.
- Lead the Supply Quality Improvement Plans with supplier as required;
- Drive and assess next generation technologies to enable new design concepts as required;
- Working with the manufacturing sites' Quality teams on request to drive supply to investigate field failures, determine root cause, and provide preventative actions;
- Perform supplier process & quality system audit with sounded quality system knowledge, i.e. ISO9001, ISO14001, ...etc
