具体要求：

1. 大专及以上学历，机械或自动化控制等相关专业毕业，能看懂机械图纸，读懂设备电路图
2. 3年以上PCBA行业设备维修工作经验，包括熟悉PCBA的加工工艺流程，熟悉SMT、波峰焊、涂装工艺的生产设备，具备低压电工工作证者优先
3. 良好的服务意识，工作积极主动，责任心强，优秀的团队合作精神
4. 较强的设备故障判断和处理能力，动手能力强，能够独立开展工作
5. 熟悉操作office软件，基本的英语读写能力

主要职责：

1. 熟悉SMT、波峰焊、涂装工艺的生产设备，及时分析故障原因，修理设备故障，确保设备正常运转
2. 根据安全生产的原则及提高设备利用率的需要，提出合理的设备改善建议
3. 参与相关设备的维护保养，实施设备改造和计划保养任务，熟悉贴片机、波峰焊等设备的保养，同时负责除生产设备以外的其它辅助设备的维护保养
4. 维修维护记录的更新维护，保持维修现场和工作区域的清洁
5. 负责新设备的安装，协助新设备的调试，并办理相关验收和入库手续
6. 培训相关的作业员基本的操作技巧
