1. Professional requirement
1) College degree or above, Majoring in mechanics, electronics, technology, electrical engineering or automation technology or in relevant subject
2) Has at least 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or service company
3) Good English ability both in oral and writing
4) ERP Knowledge and technical background

Main Duties:
1) Customer order receiving, entry and confirming;
2) Quotation making and following;
3) Order delivery tracking and inner company coordination;
4) Repair and return orders arranging.
5) The most important aspects of environmental performance and protection, reduce environmental impacts, reduce resource waste, ensure the provision of required resources.
