职位描述
Main Responsibilities
o Setup long-term and short-term department goals and strategies in order to meet corporate targets. Establish suitable KPIs and reports to monitor performance and as a basis for improvement.
o Management of Project Management staffs.
o Staff recruitment, retention, training, development, performance & motivation.
o Maximise growth of sales and profits via sales of products presented by strategic marketing in line with agreed prices, volumes and fill fees.
o Cultivate close relationships with key actual & potential customers.
o Manage business relationship with customer from the onset via the receipt of project briefs and organisation of customer visits/meetings.
o Negotiate and define all commercial aspects with client and formalise these in sales contract.
o Manage/coordinate relationships and teamwork with all internal departments as well as setting up the appropriate interfaces between internal services and the customer.
o Monitor & update regularly rolling budget in order to ensure achievement of sales budget.
o Conduct post-project reviews in order evaluate project results, capture learning and make improvements for future projects.
Skills, Knowledge and Experienceo
Bachelor's degree.
o At least 5 years experience working for a multi-national company in similar roles, preferably from fashion/beauty industry, cosmetics, FMCG, food products or an OEM/ODM environment or 5 years experience in more junior PM roles in the Cosmetics sector.
o Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
o Fluent in Mandarin & English
