岗位要求：

1. University degree in material/chemical or related;
2. At least 3 years experience in quality control in foreign invested enterprise ;
3. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English; good computer skills ;
4. Basic knowledge in ISO9000, SPC, FMEA, MSA;
5. Good sense of color.

岗位职责：

1. Be responsible for managing IQC team, control raw material quality to ensure compliance with the quality requirements.
2. Be responsible for coordinating and managing incoming inspection of cut/film to ensure raw material complying with the company quality requirement.
3. Be responsible for managing inspection of samples to ensure the quality of samples complying with customer’s requirements.
4. Set up and improve IQC procedure to ensure high product quality.
5. Train the inspectors regularly to ensure the continuous development of their professional knowledge in order to reach the continuous improvement of quality management.
6. Set up related database, carry out related statistics and analysis, feedback the quality information in time to ensure improve product quality continuously.
7. Manage all metrical instrument related product quality; carry out the daily check to ensure the accuracy of the instrument and the compliance with related standard.
8. Other duties as requested.
