工作职责描述：

1. 在美国餐饮行业终端用户营业时间提供电话报修支持服务

2. 回答客户来电，针对明显的软件配置问题提供即时的解决方法，提供临时的应急方案使客户的正常运营得以继续

3. 记录并反馈问题给开发团队

Job position: Solution Technician

Must have skills:

1. Excellent English verbal communication skill

2. Know how to use basic office software – word, outlook

3. Willing to work during night

Nice to have skills and experience:

1. Working experience in food service industry

2. Previous experience with restaurant management software

Job Responsibility:

1. Provide phone call support to production end users from United States in their business hours

2. Answer customers’ call and provide quick fix if the reported issue is caused by obvious incorrect configuration, provide temporally walk-around so customer’s business operation can continue.

3. Record and feedback the field issues to technical support team for defect fixing
