Job purpose
To support sales locally and in the export market. Act actively in the Group R&D network. Run product development and improvement projects.
Main tasks
- Find markets and customers for new products.
- Maintain technical know how and material of products
- Maintain positive and professional company image.
- Act as a link between sales and production and as a contact for product related questions to Europe to the other locations within the Group.
- handle the customer's quality problems and meet the requirement of internal and external customers, improving the quality satisfaction continuously;
- organize the research of new products and improving the current products
- Organize technical trainings for related personnel
Measurement
- Clearly structured and maintained action plan including follow up of all projects
- Monthly on time reporting
- Fulfilment of agreed targets .
