1. 八年及以上汽车行业质量背景, 熟悉OEM客户特殊要求及IATF16949. Background of quality in auto industry, familiar with GM/Ford/VW customers specific requirements and IATF 16949.

2. 具备IATF16949内审员资质，外部审核员资质佳，具有三年以上的内外审核经验· Prefer to be certificated with IATF 16949 external auditor, and with internal and external audit experience for over 3 years

3. 具备VDA 6.3外部审核员资质。 Certificated with VDA6.3 external auditor.

4. 熟练运用各种质量和统计工具(FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc); Skilled on quality and statistic tools (FMEA, SPC, DOE, MSA, 5 WHY, FISHBONE, MINITAB, etc) ;

5. 有强烈的责任感，并和客户保持良好互信合作的关系 Be strong accountability and keep good and trustable relationship with customer

6. 优秀的快速响应能力、较强的沟通、组织、协调能力; Excellent quick response capacity and stronger communication, organize and coordinate ability as must request

岗位职责Job Responsibility

    

    

1. 负责伟速达中国所有质量体系的完善和维护及相关体系的建立

    

Be responsible for maintenance and continuous improvement of the quality management system as well as new buildup for related quality system

    

2. 制定体系运行监督评价办法，建立内部审核团队，定期对体系运行情况进行评价，并召集相关方评审和改进。

    

Build an audit/assessment process to evaluate the real performance of each process performing, setup an internal audit team and be responsible for their capability building, organize regular audit and review.

    

3. 制定年度审核计划，并指导和监督每个工厂计划完成年度审核

    

Be responsible for annual quality audit planning, and monitor and coach to complete regular audits for every plants of VCN China

    

4. 带领下属和跨部门团队完成年度内有关质量体系的KPI和PD

    

Complete KPI and PD which related with quality system with subordinates and cross function team together

    

5. 每日/月度监控分层审核的实施，跟踪工厂的审核进度和完成情况

    

Monitor system, layered process, and product audits in Daily/Monthly frequency, and follow up plant audit proceeding, proper audit finding problem solving, corrective & preventive actions, and completion status

    

6. 通过WORKSHOP等方式完成关键和重要流程的改进，提高组织运行效率

    

Be responsible for key and important process improvement and improve organization running efficiency

    

7. 负责伟速达中国DCC文控工作室的日常管理工作，完善和优化不符合的文件控制流程

    

Be responsible for DCC document daily management, and continuously improve document control process

    

8. 协调跨部门团队完成内审、客户方及第三方的质量管理体系审核

    

Coordinate cross function team to complete internal audit, customer audit and 3rd party quality management system audit

    

9. 完成上级交办的其它工作.
