Senior level process/manufacturing engineer:

1.Must be level 4 or 6 spoken English.
2.Requires significant experience in injection molded plastic parts.
3.Must have significant manufacturing processing skills using engineering resins.
4.Must also be able to lead and supervise factory workers.
5.Needs to have understanding of other injection molding processes such as sonic welding, spin welding, hot stamping, pad printing.
6.Needs to have knowledge of injection molding tool design.
7.Should have 7-10 years of injection molding experience.

qualifications:
1.Excellent Microsoft Excel understanding
2.Cost estimating-work with vendors and potential customers to establish tooling and material specifications to obtain an accurate cost estimate.
3.Review of customer drawings for design and tolerance related issues.
4.Establish new vendors if necessary
5.Be able to manage multiple projects including all parts of project such as tooling and material procurement, invoicing, cost tracking, customer contact.
