Responsibility 职责：
1. Load the PO for the running projects and solve the shortage issue;在运行项目订单处理和缺货处理；
2. Track the PO and reschedule with the vendors;跟踪订单以及订单更改；
3. Solve the quality issues related to the material;解决物料相关质量问题；
4. Payment request;付款申请；
5. Purchasing Report ;采购报表制定；
6. Be able to do the RFQ and maintain the running projects.在跑老项目的询价。

Requirement任职要求：

1. Physical and mental are health：身心健康：
2.Basic computer skills like office is required；Good Writing and Speaking English 基本的如office相关电脑知识；良好的英语听说读写能力
3. Familiar with basic business rule; 具备基本的商务知识；
4. Familiar with project and order running process;了解采购流程；
5. Have the experience with the PO following is preferred;具备订单跟踪经验；
6. Responsible ,efficient ,independent ,open mind ,team work ;有责任心，高效率，独立，开朗，有团队精神；
7. Be able to work under the pressure and high work load; 能够在压力和高负荷下工作；
8. Follow the law ,policy;遵守国家法律，规章制度；
9. Follow the instruction from the supervisor ;遵守上级主管的工作指示；
10. Logistic knowledge is needed like handbook, import .有必要的如海关手册，进口相关的物流知识。
