Responsibility职责：
1. All the import &export goods customs and CIQ declaration; 所有进出口货物的报关,运输,商检工作；
2. All the certification application ;相关免表,机电证,特定证的办理；
3. Hand book apply, change and close ;手册申请,变更,增补,核销工作；
4. Communicate with the brokers, shippers, forwarders ,CIQ, Custom and be able to solve the problems;和发货方，收货方，报关行，商检，海关沟通解决遇到的问题；
5. All the customs required documents preparation and check;进出口单证核对及准备工作；
6. Customs clearance ,shipping, CIQ ;安排进出口报关,运输,商检；
7. Make sure the goods can be arrived or shipped on time ;按要求及时准确地将货物运送到工厂和客户；
8. Work with the warehouse to make sure the real quantity can match the hand book ;与仓库核对保税货物的数量，以确保库存数与手册的一致性；
9. Documents sorting and filing; 进出口文件的整理及归档；
10. Flow the law and policy of the government and fully responsible for the import, export, handbook related task.遵守国家法律和制度，对进出口，手册相关事情负全责。

Requirement要求：
1, Be health in physical and mental.身心健康.
2. Good Writing and Speaking English; Basic computer skills like office is required;良好的英语听说读写能力；基本的如office相关电脑知识。
3. Good knowledge and working skills in the import& export related business; 具备良好的进出口业务知识和实际操作能力 ；
4. Be familiar with the general trade and bonded material’s import& export process and detail requirement with the Customs and CIQ ;了能和熟悉一般贸易及保税等进出口流程和海关商检事宜；
5.required certificates; 持有报关员证/报检证；
6. Responsible ,efficient ,independent ,open mind ,team work; 有责任心，高效率，独立，开朗，有团队精神；
7. Be able to work under the pressure and high work load; 能够在压力和高负荷下工作；
8. Follow the law ,policy; 遵守国家法律，规章制度；
9. Follow the instruction from the supervisor; 遵守上级主管的工作指示；

Note备注: work in Hangzhou till March of Y2013, then move to work in Suzhou Company.先在杭州工作至2013年3月,然后回到苏州工作
