Core Responsibilities:
Deploy flexible, wearable hardware systems into high volume manufacturing
Lead the development of test during manufacturing
Ensure adequate test coverage, test cycle time and test reporting
Work with component vendors to develop IQC criteria to meet product functional requirements
Interface with design team in the US effectively
Work with internal and external teams to run hardware level validation tests
Work with CM to resolve manufacturing issues, product quality and Reliability issues and improve yield.
Some travel (international and domestic) may be required


Requirements:
5+ years of experience in building miniature, power-efficient products in high volume
Experience in hardware level tests and qualification of products
Familiar with MCU, Analog and Digital circuits design and debug
Familiar with electronic manufacturing process is highly desirable
Hands on and detail oriented
Excellent team player and self-starter
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
