职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and implement practical internal and external hiring plans to achieve business goals.
2. Team building, coaching, assessment, and management in terms of optimizing recruitment process, following up recruitment projects, and etc.
3. Create positive working environment.
4. Maintain company reputation and good relationship with both clients and candidates.
5. Identify opportunities and provide HR solutions for both inside and outside clients.
6. Make department budget and be responsible for weekly/monthly financial reporting.
Qualification:
1. Bachelor, proficient English
2. Technical background + management experience
3. Sales experience preferred
4. Above 3 years Recruitment experience
5. Open to learn, self-motivated, positive, ambitious, planed & organized
6. Good presentation and convincing ability
