Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1.在团队协作下定期的设计和研发高质量低成本的产品

2.应用现有产品设计到新平台，尽可能的优化和本地化

3.发布图纸,处理工程变更事宜(内部的、客户的和供应商的)和整个项目过程所需的文档材料

4.在SAP中为产品建立BOM并维护

5.定期和客户进行沟通和交流，从客户处获取技术规范或要求，为客户提供技术支持或解决方案

6.设计并实施更改到现有产品以解决售后问题并提高产品性能

7.与其他部门合作讨论产品设计优化的措施确保产品达标

8.为其他部门提供必要的产品支持

9.解决偏差许可和图纸准确等问题

Education/Experience

1.本科以上学历，机械工程、汽车工程、机电工程、材料工程或机械自动化专业等工程专业，熟悉塑料和金属原材料优先

2.熟练运用三维软件（CATIA优先），为产品建立和更新3D&2D图纸，熟悉注塑和冲压工艺

3.熟悉工程标准和术语（材料、尺寸和公差），熟悉注塑和冲压等制造过程，熟悉金属和塑料等材料规格

4.3年以上汽车相关行业工作经验，有闭式系统经验者优先

5.熟悉汽车行业通用标准和质量工具如TS 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001.

6.英语流利，会德语优先

l Maintain BOM in SAP
l Issue ECR&EWO for responsible products
l Create& update 3D&2D data for responsible products
l Provide product knowledge support to other functions as necessary
l Set up technical agreement with customers for responsible products
l Get technical requirements from responsible customers
l Provide technical support/solutions to customer
l Communicate with customers periodically
l Design new products or application current products to new platforms
Education/Experience
l Minimum Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical-electrical Engineering, Material Engineering or Mechanical Automatic Control
l Good knowledge with plastic and metal material is a plus
l Good knowledge with molding or stamping process is a plus
l Familiar with GD&T is plus
l Familiar with general standards / quality tools in automotive industries, e.g. TS 16949, APQP, FMEA, ISO14001 is a plus
l 3D software, Catia is a plus
l Fluent English in read, written and oral, German is a plus
l Automotive working experience is preferred


Education/Experience
