EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
l Bachelor degree or above, cable or related major preferred
l At least 3 years and above working experience; in magnet wire or cable related field preferred.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATES:
l 6 Sigma training preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
l Review the product specification and create the BOM
l Provide technical support to production, process and quality engineering team
l Project support on new products lauching
l Technical support to sales and marketing team on customer development and product application
l Trouble shooting on customer site and manufacturing floor
l Partneship with purchasing team in the local sourcing of material and tooling, such as enamels, metals etc
l Based on the company's quality policy and objectives, the implementation of the quality of the specific aim of the job related tasks and implementation measeures
l Learn abount company safety environmental factors, and can identify the positions of the toxic and harmful substance
l Comply with company safety rules and regulations and job security
l Understanding of commonly used chemicals, and MSDS requirements
l Understanding of major hazards
l Understanding of major environmental factors
l Understanding of the classification of waste treatment methods
l Understanding the requirements of the scene 5S
l Any other assigned office-related work and tasks
SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
l Good communication skills in Chinese and English, both written and verbal.
l Customer oriented and responsive
l Ability to understand business needs and cost/risk considerations
l Good analytical and implementation abilities
l Team Player
l Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
l Good initiative and innovation
l Good problem-solving
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS:
l Computer literate and competent with Microsoft Suite of software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
l Bachelor degree or above, cable or related major preferred
l At least 3 years and above working experience; in magnet wire or cable related field preferred.
