Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
? Lead plant quality team to fulfill their duties assigned and achieve company objectives
? Ensure all products manufactured meet the company standards and compliance requirements.
? Establish & maintain quality assurance system and quality control system for the plant and ensure their effective running; Lead the system upgrade per requirement
? Set up and manage QA lab and perform daily testing according to procedures and standards
? Develop color matching, color control and color correction capability for the plant
? Provide timely technical service support to customer, commercial team and production team
? Initiate internal and external quality issues investigation and identify quality improvement opportunity to enhance customer satisfaction
? Make sure all the testing data are timely input to system, generate report and perform analysis accordingly
? Organize regular quality audit and review with related functions and close the findings and follow up actions per agreed timetable
? Provide quality system, tools, standards and product knowledge training for all related functions
? Develop quality team and quality department capability in order to meet business growth needs
? Closely work all function to drive plant Cost of Poor Quality down
Qualification Requirement
? University degree or above, major in Polymer Science, plastics or Chemistry
? At least 6 years in plastics engineering and Quality & QC working experiences with at least 3 years in a managerial positions; experience in plastics industry is preferred
? Familiar with ISO9000, ASTM and related quality system as well as quality control and process control
? Experience in TQM and drive quality improvement and customer satisfaction program
? Strong in problem solving and customer issues resolution
? Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership skills
? Fluent English in both written and speaking
? Good command of computer skills
? Black belt or Green Belt is preferred
