完成上级交待的工作，为销售团队提供支持

    

主要职责

    

1、 熟悉，了解并融入整个公司的企业文化，价值以及愿景，所有的行为，做法和决策都必须与其相一致。

    

2、 理解并掌握 Incora的JDE系统和 GEAC 系统。

    

3、 对库存在线管理有基本的了解

    

4、 询问并追踪制造商以获得及时的报价

    

5、 及时有效输入销售报价，制造商报价，以及客户订单

    

6、 确保数据输入的有效性

    

7、 跟进客户紧急要求

    

8、 积极与各部门协调并解决客户的问题，确认客户满意度

    

11、 执行每日所需工作，定期维护及更新

    

12、 建立，开发和维护缺货报告

    

13、 输入采购指令，协同采购部门确保采购合同的有效执行，以满足客户要求的交期

    

14、 执行其他行政任务要求

    

15、 通过Intranet信息，销售培训，自我评价以及相关培训等工具，制定并遵循个人发展计划

    

16、 接受针对Incora系统，产品，行业，供应商以及操作的培训，监督和指导
