Job Responsibility:
1.Be responsible to be the main contact window with our customers
2.Be the voice of the customer in TRW Suzhou
3.Team leader on actions for containment, root cause analysis
4.Corrective actions on external customer concerns and Internal Suzhou issues
5.Working close to manufacturing engineers, SQE, R&D, SDE and QRCM facilitator
6.Facilitate the internal process controls and line supervision of IPQC daily activities

Qualification Required:
1.Excellent Clear spoken and written English skills
2.German is a big advantage
3.Bachelors degree or better in Electrical/Mechanical engineering
4.Minimum of three years work experience in automotive or similar mass production industry with a customer and process quality job responsibility, have standard Quality tools 8D's, 5 phases, 5xWhy, Fast response, Control Plan and PFMEA
5.Experience background in an electronics assembly environment is preferred
6.Good team working attitude and skills as well as self motivation & independent worker
7.Experience with Shanin or GM Red X techniques
8.Six sigma green belt would be an advantage
9.Understand and follow ISO TS 16949 & ISO14001 requirements
10.Familiar with Formula Q, Q1-Covisint, GQTS & E-Procurements OEM Quality systems
11.Have an understanding on international customer requirements to be flexible in responsibilities, customer requirements, work demands and methods of application
