? Microsoft Clustering, SAN/NAS, Load-balancing technologies, Oracle RAC, SQL Server Clustering (Optional)
? Web Application development (ASP.Net/HTML/CSS/Javascript/XML/DOM/Ajex/Silverlight)
? Workflow/BPM application experience

Lead technical part in SI/AD project's technical design, construction & Testing of projects to ensure the integration of system components & quality of the delivered system.

Responsibilities:
? Understand & analyses the requirements and lead technical design, specification & translating design into process/program specifications.
? Assist the project planning
? Constructing complex programs
? Conduct review & testing to ensure the quality of deliverables..
? Lead System Integration Testing & provide support during User Acceptance Testing
? Provide guidance & coach Developers/Designers in their technical skills & Domain Knowledge
? After the training & Self learning, pass the specified certification
