Senior Product & Test Dev Engineer (MEMS Product)
研发中心职位，新产品MEMS
Duties and Responsibilities
? Support new product & test development and its smooth transition
to mass production ie:-
? Product characterization, test development, product release and sample
? Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product &
test development.
? Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life
cycle.
? Establish communication channels with on-shore Product Line and
Asia Pacific factories line personnel for closed loop communication channel
to support new product development and smooth transition to volume
manufacturing.
?Maintain work environment to 5S standard.
?Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and
International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.
Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with 8 to 10 yrs product or
test engineering experience in MEMS products, analog IC (including
multi-chip) or related products. Good communication skills – verbal and
written. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work
efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations. People
management and project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
