Source & manage creative and cost effective sources of supply for all packaging product categories & markets for Intercos Group.
Effective transfer of projects from "developed" to "order" status for Intercos Group.
Provide proactive service to marketing for all packaging related sourcing issues.
Set up competitive cost bench marks for packaging.
Identify and implement cost saving initiatives.
Supplier management concerning capability, capacity, quality, schedule, risk etc.
NCR handing, minimise adverse affect to production plan.
Secondary package sourcing, development and follow up for Intercos Group.
Manage and control departmental expenses within agreed budget.
Ensure supplier compliance with Intercos Social Accountability requirements.
Develop and maintain good relationships with key players in packaging industry worldwide.
Any other tasks assigned by CEO.


Graduate with >10 years experience in purchasing and at least 3 years in a similar leadership role, familiarity with packaging industrialization is required.
Strong global leadership skills and proven record of achievement.
Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with proven tactical implementation skills.
Quality and Finance knowledge.
Possess proactive rather than a reactive style of conducting business.
Good English and computer skill.
