Position 1:Senior or Staff Test Development Engineer(2名)
Duties and Responsibilities
Support on new product development and its smooth transition to mass production ie:-
Support product release, cost reduction, product transfers and cross qualification projects
Provide technical support in EON, yield & parameter analysis at AP factories and subcons
Product characterization, data & curves for product datasheets, product release and sample
Support IMR/ITR, test program and BOM setup at AP factories
Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product development, test program and hardware development
Support on-shore engineers on test methodologies/hardware development.

Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent with 5 to 10 yrs test or product engineering experience in Functional Power, Power Management or Analog IC (including multi-chip) or related products.
Good working knowledge on lab equipment setup and experience on Eagle, Credence/TMT ASL1000, or other Analog IC testers is preferred.
Good communication skills – verbal and written.
Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations.
People management and project management skills. Results/goal oriented.



Position 2:Senior Product & Test Dev Engineer (MEMS Product)
Duties and Responsibilities
Support new product & test development and its smooth transition to mass production ie:-
Product characterization, test development, product release and sample
Assist in the resolution of technical issues related to new product & test development.
Product sustaining and customer support till end of product life cycle.
Establish communication channels with on-shore Product Line and Asia Pacific factories line personnel for closed loop communication channel to support new product development and smooth transition to volume manufacturing.
Maintain work environment to 5S standard.
Conform work procedure and product to meet Fairchild and International quality, safety and environmental quality standards.
Qualifications
BSEE or equivalent (Master degree preferred), with 8 to 10 yrs product or test engineering experience in MEMS products, analog IC (including multi-chip) or related products. Good communication skills – verbal and written. Team player with good interpersonal skills and able to work efficiently with multi-functional groups across different locations. People management and project management skills. Results/goal oriented.
