Job Details

Overview:

ü The Service Admin is responsible for administrative support to management, receiving and handling information, and organizing administrative duties

Tasks:

Functional Responsibilities:

ü In charge of preparing and managing correspondence, reports and documents.

ü Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and travel arrangements for their executive and department.

ü Responsible to take type and distribute minutes of meetings.

ü Responsible to maintain schedules and calendars.

ü Handles mail and other important materials for her executive.

ü Maintain and coordinate the flow of information both internally and externally.

ü Be able to operate all the office equipment and manage the office space

ü Making quotations, purchase order, handling ERP system


General Responsibilities:

ü Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

ü Interprets company policies to employees and enforces all safety regulations.

ü Assures efficient and economical utilization of materials, improvement of methods, and elimination of wasteful practices within the department; may include budget development and control.

ü Establishes and implements team/individual Critical Success Factors, including the measurement and documentation of the progress of each employee toward the established goals.

ü Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists employees in solving work-related problems.

ü Performs other job-related duties as required




Occupation Analysis (Employee Profile)

Education:

ü Bachelor degree or above, Chinese ,secretarial and other professional

Language:

ü Written and spoken English is required

Professional Experience:

ü Min. 2 years the related work experience

Skills:

ü Excellent interpersonal and communication skill

ü Strong initiative and innovation capacity

ü Effective time management

ü Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite

ü Strong leadership ;Team player, positive attitude
