Responsibilities

· Responsible for providing overall site engineering management.

· Provide technical leadership across the business from quoting through final assembly and test processes.

· Provide direct technical support to manufacturing to research, implement, and troubleshoot new processes to expand capabilities.

· Work with customers on new designs and technical problem resolution.

· Develop processes, recommend equipment, formulate and implement technical strategy for the business.

· Provide full support to NPI process, on-time delivery and feedback to customer

Requirements

· Bachelor or Master Degree in Engineering discipline

· At least 8 years experience in a mechanical engineering management capacity in enclosure and metal casing

· Must be strong in “Soft Tool” fabrication experience (like Turret punch, brake forming, paint and assembly)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to analyze data and generate summary of findings.

· Demonstrated leadership and supervision skills.
