1/ University degree or above in accounting of finance,trained to CPA level or equivalent
2/At least 3 years Manufacturing industry experience
3/strong M/S office skills
4/Must be numerate and analytic
5/Good understand of Chinese legal,tax& financial regulations
6/Good commend of English,both in writing and oral
7/Interested in the development of work&reporting systems
8/Suitable to high pressure and overtime
9/Good communication skills
10/Good Presentation skills
11/Must be able to interact with people at all level

岗位要求：

Costing and Internal Control:
*Ensure an accurate monthly costing which enabling futher analysis and cost control
*Maintain and review a standard cost system in IFS
*Improve stock control and stock holding position,identify and review aged stock with logistics
*To ensure proper internal control followed in the business process and in compliance with policies and regulations for internal and external
*Internal audit abd identify any value added improvement and cost control
opportunities
Sales Report:
*Provide accurate and on time sales daily/weekly monthly report
*Provide accurate and on time sales reconciliation and forecast
Financial Analysis:
*Matain a part information database
*Provide an on time,material accurate,user-friendly,and useful management accounting analysis ,including VA Analysis
*Provide proper and on time standard P&L report
*Providing outsourced cost analysis to the purchasing department
*Provide major cost variance analysis to the manaufactuing department to identify improvement opportunity
*Identify any value added improvement area and cost control opportunities
*Provide other analysis per request
Capex and project control:
*New Capex analysis abd schedule control, in compliance
company policy and budget
*New Project tracking abd productivity follow up
Temp Task
Complete temp task designated by finance manager
