职位描述
Position Purpose
Accountable for all technical aspect of products developed and support for a group of OEM-customers.
1. Build up knowledge and understanding to the technical organization at customer and be the main technical support to customer.
2. Accountable for executing product variants internally through a dedicated team
Major Tasks
? Creating knowledge and understanding about OEM customers requiring high levels of technical interfaces and support
? Developing detailed product requirements and specifications (product concept specification) to lead product development
? Developing account plans in conjunction with Key Account Manager (KAM) by providing input based on and in depth technical understanding
? Developing solutions for different customers satisfying global directives and standards
? Technical risk management
? Conveying understandable, detailed technical information in written form as well as phone conversations and in face-to-face meetings
? Establishing network with Group OEM and customer
Decision Competences
Prioritizing projects within the portfolio of Heat Pump OEMs
Approving the technical solution before delivery to customer
Work Relations
Golbal D&E functions, Stream, Engineering, PD Dep., Global Lab, Quality....

Required Qualifications
? Bachelor degree or above, electro-mechanical design background with over 4 years experiences
? Solid understanding of integrated products (HW/SW/Mech)
? Familiar with Catia, pro-E, solidworks, Microsoft office tools.
? Able to find the right way to influence customer's decision.
? Have a solid understanding of quality control, warranty and failure analysis.
? Familiar with design tools and tool making for cast iron parts as well as injection-moulded composite parts.
? Know how to use the DFSS tools to do a thorough and systematic design of new products. (QFD, D-FMEA, DFA, Test & Verification etc.)
? Thrive in a hectic and changing environment.
? Fast Learning and active listening-high learning agility and ability to learn and comprehend customer challenges and develop attractive solutions
? Communicate in a straightforward and factual manner.
? Fluent in English skills (Reading, Speaking and Writing).
? Heat pump application knowledge is a plus
