Organize and coordinate for project and team meetings

Support business trips, including air/train tickets & hotel booking, travel logistic management and travel expenses reimbursement, etc.

Complex calendar management (day-to-day, fiscal year planning, and time management)

Manage expense reports.

Thorough meeting and event planning and management for both onsite and offsite locations; includes meeting requests, booking meeting rooms and catering.

Coordinate other administrative projects as needed

Ensure compliance of administrative operational policies and procedures

Coordinate team’s monthly attendance record

Coordinate with other functions when necessary

Take care of the day by day administration tasks

Other tasks based on business needs
