1. Responsible for supplier onsite inspection, Incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, assemble inspection，final inspection and packing inspection. Main action as below。

   负责供应商现场，进货，过程，装配，最终检验及包装抽检, 主要活动如下:

• ITP and checklist alignment 执行检验测试计划和检查表的要求

• Supplier site inspection; 供应商现场检验

• Incoming goods inspection进料检验

• Fabrication quality control in process制造过程质量控制

• Trial and running test 预装和运行测试

• Final inspection and packing inspection 最终检验和包装检验

• Release qualified product 合格产品放行

• On time distribution of accurate, neat and legible inspection reports/ records，Summarize, archive all quality records and related information. 及时发布准确、整洁、清晰的检验报告/记录，汇总、存档各项质检记录及相关资料。

1. Timely report found quality problems and issue NCR.

   及时汇报发现的质量问及开具不合格报告。

2. Support FQR & CAPA and quality improvement.

   支持处理客户抱怨、落实纠正预防行动和质量提升等活动

3. Support to do product audit, process audit, HSE and QMS audit，customer or third-party inspection.

   支产品审核、过程审核、质量管理体系审核，客户或第三方检验。

4. KPI alignment and other tasks arranged by inspection supervisor.

   完成KIP及上级主管安排的其他任务。

   任职资格：

1. Education Background学历：

   Technical secondary school or above 中专以上

2. Major专业：

   Machinery manufacturing or equivalent such as welding, machining, casting, material etc.

   机械制造相关专业，例如焊接，机加工、铸造、材料等相关专业。

3. Related Experience相关工作经验：

• Over 3 years’ experience within a mechanical manufacturing/production inspection environment.

• 3年以上在机械制造/生产检验环境的检验经验。

• Must understand engineering drawings, instruction and quality requirement必须理解工程图纸、说明书和质量要求。

• Able to skillfully use all kinds of common measuring tools. 能够熟练使用各种测量工具.

• Knowledge of relevant regulation，procedure and knowledge of ISO9001.HSE and industry standards.了解ISO9001相关规定和程序，HSE和行业标准。

• Preferably have certificate of NDT (UT, MT, PT, VT) or CWI and have proven experience. 有无损检测（UT,MT,PT,VT）或焊接检验证书和实际操作经验者优先考虑。

• Preferably have good command of English. 英语良好的优先考虑

2. Certifications：证书 no, 无要求

3. 英语水平English： Level 1 above，英语良好的优先考虑

4. 电脑水平Computer：Good computer skills of MS Word, Excel, PPT. 熟练应用Word, Excel, PPT
